LeafyPod supports a wide variety of indoor plants. The app includes care for over 100 popular houseplants, and we’re continually expanding the library. LeafyPod comes with a feature we call LeafyLearn — it learns as you go. If you add a plant that’s not already in our database, LeafyPod will start gathering information through your inputs, its own sensors, and what we can gather from the database. Over time, it automatically builds a care profile for that plant, tailored to your specific environment. The more you use it, the smarter it gets — helping not just you, but the entire LeafyPod community grow together.

LeafyPod currently comes in one size:

• External: 6.8” (172mm) x 7.9” (200mm)
• Inner soil pot: 5.1” (130mm) x 4.1” (105mm)

Additional size options are planned for future release.

The battery lasts over 3 months on a single charge, allowing for flexible placement without frequent recharging. The app will notify you when it’s time to recharge the battery.

LeafyPod’s circular drainage system directs excess water into a lower water reservoir. The soil pot, filter holder, and water reservoir can be easily disassembled for cleaning.

Excess water is filtered and recycled back into the tank through a multilayer filter system. This prevents root rot and ensures efficient water usage.

Filters should be replaced every 3 to 6 months, depending on plant type and usage. The app will notify you when it’s time to replace the filter.

Yes! LeafyPod's modular design makes cleaning simple. The water reservoir can be removed and rinsed, and the outer shell can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. All components are designed for easy maintenance.

The LeafyPod Bridge connects your planter to Wi-Fi, enabling remote monitoring and app control. It keeps your planter’s power consumption low while supporting multiple LeafyPods within range.

While the app provides care information for marijuana, LeafyPod is designed for houseplants. Please consult local regulations before using the product for any restricted plant types. LeafyPod is not responsible for legal compliance.

We're currently only shipping within the United States.

We would be happy to accept returns of any unused LeafyPod product* in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Learn more about our return policy here.

*If a product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund. LeafyPod will not be responsible for shipping back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
